Winter is Coming

This gauge was on an old 1930s boiler in the mechanical area of the Sears Roebuck building downtown. I was commissioned, in a project with Rice University, to document and catalog the building before its full renovation into the ION District. The gauge couldn't have been more than two inches wide. Game of Thrones was on at the time, so it spoke to me from that perspective.
