Rays of Joy

This was the picture we chased for three days in the Redwood Forest! The rain and overcast days finally gave way to the sun shining down through the fog. Chasing the fog from the base of the hill to the top, running with full camera gear, was a thrill I didn't expect but certainly welcomed.

This forest is truly awe-inspiring, and I'm glad to have this iconic shot in my portfolio. Kudos to the @photoroamers group, @krl_photo and @ryantoswald for guiding us through the forest.
