Lighthouse Morning

Folly Beach, SC

A 4:45 AM departure to drive an hour south of Charleston to Folly Beach, then a mile's hike in blue hour to the right spot to see Morris Lighthouse, with our full trust in PhotoPills. The shell life and huge crabs scurrying at our feet reminded me that we were guests in their home. So many birds!

Watching the sun come up over the horizon behind the lighthouse gave me utter peace and made the entire effort worthwhile. I was there with one of my closest friends, @ajay.damani, both of us shooting.
